Robert Bell Halifax Nova Scotia

Robert has been involved in Nova Scotia’s construction and real estate industries for over 40 years, as president of Bell Enterprises Ltd, a property management company that owned and operated 750 rental units. He was a director of Harbour Construction Ltd. and Innovative Properties Inc., which completed more than $50 million in construction projects. Robert has extensive education in engineering sciences at Queens University, University of New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia Technical College.
He is a director of the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise and Past President of the NS Chapter of the Urban Development Institute of Canada. He is very active in community and charitable organizations in Nova Scotia.
Robert was a founding investor in Performance Property Capital, a CPC that amalgamated with Innovative Properties Inc. to become publicly traded in 2002.
