William Crandell

Bill has thirty years experience as a financial analyst and business planner with companies ranging from multi-national corporations to owner-operated companies. He has been involved in numerous entrepreneurial endeavors, served as president of Target Consulting Group, a successful firm he founded in 1996, and was chairman and director of Knowledge Navigators International. Bill served with the Canadian Armed Forces, attaining the rank of major. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters in Business Administration, both from Dalhousie University, and is a Certified Management Consultant.

Bill was a founding investor in Performance Property Capital, a CPC that amalgamated with Innovative Properties Inc. to become publicly traded in 2002.
