Dr. George Findlay

George graduated from Rothesay Collegiate School in New Brunswick. He studied science and dentistry at Dalhousie University and in 1977, established his private practice in Bath, N.B., and retired from dentistry in 2006. In 2007, George graduated with an MBA from The University of Liverpool, completed the Public Companies Directors' course at Simon Fraser University, and obtained his prospector's license by completing a course in prospecting offered through the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources.

Since his first investment, George has been an ardent student of public market activity with a diverse range of focus from mining issues to property and development. He is currently an independent director of Silver Spruce Resources Inc. (TSX-SSE) and Chair of the Audit and Governance Committee.

George is Chair of the INR Audit Committee.
