History

The Corporation was originally founded in 1997. Through amalgamation under the Canada Business Corporations act in October 2002 its common shares became listed and posted for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "INR".

Through 2007, Innovative developed and sold a number of residential condominium projects in Nova Scotia, Canada.

During fiscal 2007 the Corporation completed the sale of all of its condominium projects along with two subsidiary companies - Innovative Real Estate and Innovative Beach Club.

Currently the company is assessing numerous opportunities and will shortly announce its strategic direction for the future.

The directors of Innovative Properties have in-depth knowledge and experience in the real estate development and management business. Their backgrounds include architecture, design, construction, property management, banking, finance, technology, and management consulting.
